Glyde Metal has been approved to attend the Hannover Messe 2019 as part of a special delegation led by Siemens Australia.
Hannover Messe is the world’s largest industrial automation and industrialisation trade fair where Siemens are the primary exhibitor. Glyde Metal GM Mark Wood applied for and was accepted to the delegation which offers a “money can’t buy” experience, offering access to reference sites, factories, meetings and the Messe itself.
To support the growth of the Victorian manufacturing sector, the Victorian Government provided financing through the Global Discovery Exchange initiative for several Victorian-based manufacturers to send a senior representative as part of Siemen’s delegation.
Mark hopes to gain valuable insight to the latest technologies and experience first-hand the practises of manufacturing’s best-in-class.
